Feasibility of plan


On the line processing products, most of them are based on punching, if we can make the operation of the bending machine similar to the punching machine; That is, the working table of the bending machine can be made into a working table that can place and fix the stamping mold, and as long as the waste of the mold is discharged to the side back row (the lower discharge material is more difficult because of the existence of the front vertical plate under the machine tool.) . The bending machine die is changed into an inverted "T" type press plate, and then the appropriate machine tonnage, slide opening height and machine length are selected. In theory the plan is feasible.


The plan shall make necessary adjustments to the hydraulic bending machine, mold and other related factors:


1. Machine tool adjustment


2. The bending machine removes the upper and lower die and the back stopper. To reduce the cost of machine tools.


3, the bending machine to make another slider "T" mold plate, and inverted leveling. Primary effect: press the upper die, but must press the center of gravity of the upper die stamping.


4. The bending machine removes the lower die working table, and makes another broadening and smoothing "U" type with "T" type slot working table. The main effect of the "U" type work table: restrain the string movement of the mold and make the mold slide along the length direction of the work table. "T" slot for fixing mold.


5. Each end of the working table of the bending machine makes an adjustable stroke stop block. The adjustable travel stop can restrict the operation travel of the mold and maintain the mold.


6. Adjust the travel switch and time relay of the bending machine to the proper position. The stroke of the bending machine must be slightly greater than or equal to the adjustable stroke stop stroke, and the time relay must be lowered (generally less than 1s) to improve the operating frequency and obtain the corresponding operating pressure.


7. The empty travel height of the bending machine should be as short as possible.


8, according to the profile requirements to choose the length of the machine tool, the opening height of the machine tool slide, the tonnage of the machine tool; The tonnage is generally greater than or equal to 40T, and the length is greater than or equal to 1500mm.


Mold adjustment


1. The mold frame should be of the same size, and the width of the lower template should be matched with the width of the "U" type working table. Play according to the profile requirements and adjust the mold effect.


2, the compression spring of the common length of the guide column jacket of the mold frame is automatically popped open after stamping (mainly to solve the influence of the upper die and the slider on the bending machine can not be connected).


3, the stamping die is generally based on punching holes, and the blanking is not good, mainly because the front vertical plate under the machine tool (in the middle of the U-shaped work table) exists, which is more difficult.


4, the material discharge, the general selection of side and back side discharge, the operation process should always pay attention to smooth discharge.


5, the mold plate must be close to but not cover the mold guide sleeve hole. To prevent over-stroke damage to the mold and the upper die from leaning forward and gnawing the die and guide post.


6, the lower mold height must be common. That is, jointly sharpening the knife edge, truthfully, can not be common, but also need to use copper, paper almost flat. To avoid workpiece deformation due to stamping is not in the same plane.


7, the opening height should be common and the "T" type pressure plate has been pressed on the template. To prevent the mold due to the sudden spring of the guide column compression and push open the upper die to make the upper and lower die quickly separated.


8, the piece must be made into standard accessories, convenient repair and replacement.


9, the hole distance is short, the mold is not installed, can be a mold porous mold, or the interval hole stamping.


10, the position of the platform as far as possible not to make the slider toe operation when the machine tool, that is, the center of gravity of the downward force of the machine tool slider and the center of gravity of the profile hole must be common.


Requirements for profiles and vacancies
