1, the adjustment of the cutting edge gap whether the appropriate adjustment of the cutting edge gap is an important factor affecting the cutting quality and prolong the life of the blade, the gap adjustment temporarily loosen the locking screw, and then turn the handle to the required scale value, and then the screw is locked, the ball valve is used to measure the uniformity of the upper and lower blade blade gap. The specific method is a single stroke, when the upper and lower frame to the bottom dead point, that is, quickly turn the ball valve to close the oil circuit, so that the upper tool holder stops at the bottom dead point. Then continue to open and close the ball valve in a small amount, so that the upper tool holder rises step by step on the whole stroke, and the evenness of the cutting edge gap can be measured step by step.
2. Preparation before operation
1) Clean the oil on the surface of each machine, pay attention to the engraved line on the stop valve should be located in the open position.
2) Grease is injected into each lubricating part.
3) Add L-HL46 mechanical oil to the tank (the oil must be clean).
4) Ground the machine, turn on the power, and check the coordination of the electrical operation.
3. Operation
1) Start the machine for a number of cycles, after ensuring that there is no normal condition, try to cut different thickness of sheet material (from thin to thick).
2) In the shearing process, open the pressure gauge switch, observe the oil line pressure value, if there is abnormal can adjust the relief valve to meet the requirements.
3) During operation, if abnormal noise or overheating of the fuel tank is found, the vehicle should be stopped immediately for inspection. The maximum temperature of the tank should not exceed 60 degrees.
Third, QC12Y shearing machine safety technology and maintenance
1, the operator must be familiar with the structure and performance of the shearing machine. The shearing machine is operated by most people at the same time, so there must be a special person responsible for directing the production.
2, do not extend the hand between the upper and lower blades to avoid accidents.
3, all sundry tools, do not put on the workbench, so as to avoid rolling into the knife edge and causing accidents.
4, should regularly check the sharpness of the knife edge, if found blunt edge, should be sharpened or replaced in time, the sharpening of the blade only need to sharpen the thickness of the blade.
5. All parts of the shearing machine should be checked regularly to keep the machine and the surrounding site clean and the cable insulation good.
6. The screen oil filter installed on the oil suction port of the oil pump should be regularly checked and cleaned to keep the oil filter at the proper oil flow. If the oil filter is blocked, the oil flow is reduced, which will make the oil pump empty and affect the life of the oil pump.
7. When the return cylinder pressure is low, the return cylinder can be inflated. The method is: remove the protective cap and air valve cap, install the inflation tool, connect the other end of the inflation tool to the nitrogen bottle (do not use oxygen), open the inflation tool, slowly open the nitrogen bottle stop valve, pay attention to the inflation pressure gauge. Close the load tank stop valve immediately when it reaches 6.0MPa. Close the inflation tool, open the inflation tool, and install the valve cap and protective cap.
8. Check the nitrogen pressure in the return cylinder every three months, and nitrogen should be filled if the pressure is lower than the specified pressure
