5. It is forbidden to cut two different specifications of materials at the same time on the shearing machine, and no overlapping cutting is allowed.

6, when cutting the plate into the material, it is forbidden to promote the operation below the pressure plate. When cutting short material should be pressed with another iron plate, when cutting the finger away from the knife edge at least 200 mm.

7. After the line is set with the pry, the pry can be cut immediately. If the iron plate is walking, the wooden pillow should be used to plug it firmly, so as to avoid hurting people after the pry pops out under the foot.

8, the cut workpiece must be placed smoothly, not stacked too high, not stacked in the aisle. Corners and scraps should be cleaned up in time to keep the site clean and tidy.

Shearing machine used

2, the shear plate must pay attention to is the adjustment of the gap, generally located on the side of the machine, according to 12% to 15% of the board to adjust the gap, the gap value can be read in the dial. (For example, when cutting 10mm sheet material, the gap can be adjusted to 0.12mm)

3, the rear stopper adjustment generally have electric quick adjustment and manual fine tuning, you can first use electric adjustment is about the size of the manual fine tuning to the position you need to cut.

4. Step on the foot switch until the cutting section of the board is loosened, otherwise it will automatically lift up during the release.
